Refund policy

1. General Refund Policy

Refunds will only be considered if services were not delivered as promised or if there is a technical issue from our end minimum refund 100$.

No Refunds will be granted for completed or partially completed orders where services have been delivered as described.

Once an order has been processed, we cannot issue a refund for any remaining balance if the services have been delivered accurately and on time.

2. Eligible Refund Scenarios

Refunds may be granted in the following cases:

Non-Delivery of Service: If the ordered service is not delivered within the specified timeframe due to a technical issue on our platform.

Technical Errors: In cases where a service was not delivered due to an error or bug in the system that can be clearly demonstrated.

Service Misrepresentation: If the service received is significantly different from what was described at the time of purchase.

3. Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds will not be granted in the following situations:

Completed Orders: Services that have been fully or partially delivered will not be refunded. This includes likes, followers, views, or any other SMM-related service that has already been processed.

Customer Error: Mistaken purchases, or if the customer enters incorrect details (such as the wrong URL or social media account).

Drops in Followers/Engagement: After service completion, natural drops in followers, likes, or views are beyond our control, and no refunds will be provided for such scenarios.

Violation of Terms: If the customer violates our terms of service or uses the panel inappropriately, a refund will not be provided.

4. Refund Process

To request a refund, you must contact us via [insert contact email] or through the support section of your Fafadol SMM Panel account.

You must submit the request within 7 days of the order being placed, and provide detailed reasons for requesting a refund.

If your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method.

5. Cancellation of Orders

Orders can only be canceled if they have not yet been started. If you wish to cancel an order, please contact support as soon as possible. Once a service begins delivery, the order cannot be canceled, and no refund will be issued.

6. Account Credits

In cases where a refund is granted, we may offer the option to receive a refund in the form of account credits that can be used for future purchases on the Fafadol SMM Panel.

7. Changes to This Policy

Fafadol SMM Panel reserves the right to update or modify this refund policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on this page, and it is the customer's responsibility to review this policy periodically.
